Current Schedule

We welcome you to drop in to any yoga class that suits your schedule, no registration required!

Class Card Policy:  All new cards expire 16 weeks after purchase.

Shared class cards are available for (only) Randy and David’s classes, you prepay (cash or check) for ten classes and we give you ONE additional class free (overall cost for 11 classes is approximately $9.00 each). We offer our students the option of using Pay Pal as a convenience  (there is no bonus class offered when paying online).

New ALTERNATING  weekly Class  Gentle Yoga 9-10 am with Rhonda Drummonds.
Rhonda is a 500hr -ERYT :  discover how gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation lessen the discomfort from arthritis, fibromyalgia, low back pain, and many other types of chronic pain conditions.   With the use of props a mindful self-care practice that integrates breath and movement for awareness of the present moment.

Semi-Private Classes: If you have a committed group of 5 or more people we will schedule a class when you are available!

Consult your doctor/physician and ensure you are fit for Asana and Pranayam.  If you are suffering from any medical condition please let instructor know before the class. You should not attend this class if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of Cold, flu, fever, runny nose or condition that needs medical attention or doctor has advised you not to do asana/exercise.
