COVID-19 UPDATE:
We have returned to a limited and modified class schedule.

Preregistration for each class is required. You will need to pay for each class on the website before arriving which is your reservation.  We continue to maintain limited social distancing occupancy.  If you have a class card you MUST email or text the teacher to reserve a space.  We are discouraging drop in to maintain social distancing. Once you register for a class there is a 24 hour cancellation policy (excluding emergencies). If you register for a class and do not give notice you forfeit the registration.

We encourage students must bring their own props (a mat, strap, 2 blocks, a washcloth and a mask if you’re more comfortable wearing one). For Restorative Yoga we will provide all props unless a student prefers to bring their own.
***ONLY registered students are permitted into the studio.

Class Card Policy:  All new cards expire 12 weeks after purchase. Class cards are for the convenience of not having to pay each week.

Private Yoga Lessons are available upon request.
Private lessons are for one student specific to help them meet a goal. First we will discuss your specific goals and see which teacher is best suited based on your schedule and educational need. Call the office (210.523.7292) or contact: Randy (Randysayoga@gmail.com) to get started.  We look forward to helping you reach your specific goals!
Semi-Private Classes: If you have a committed group of 5 or more people we will schedule a class when you are available!

Consult your doctor/physician and ensure you are fit for Asana and Pranayam.  If you are suffering from any medical condition please let instructor know before the class. You should not attend this class if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of Cold, flu, fever, runny nose or condition that needs medical attention or doctor has advised you not to do asana/exercise.
