Current Schedule
COVID-19 UPDATE:

We have returned to a limited and modified class schedule.

We will ask you pay for each class on the website before arriving.  We need at this time to maintain limited social distancing occupancy.  If you have a class card you MUST email or text the teacher to reserve a space.  We are discouraging drop in to maintain social distancing.

Students must bring their own props (a mat, strap, 2 blocks, a washcloth and a mask.  Some specialty classes require additional props).

Class Card Policy:  All new cards expire 16 weeks after purchase.

Class cards are available for (only) Randy and David’s classes, you prepay (cash or check) for ten classes and we give you ONE additional class free.  We offer our students the option of using Pay Pal (Randy and David only) as a convenience  (there is no bonus class offered when paying online).

Consult your doctor/physician and ensure you are fit for Asana and Pranayam.  If you are suffering from any medical condition please let instructor know before the class. You should not attend this class if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of Cold, flu, fever, runny nose or condition that needs medical attention or doctor has advised you not to do asana/exercise.
