Stress in an inevitable part of our lives. In many ways stress is necessary and beneficial however, when it feels as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders it’s time to do something. Having taught this program here in San Antonio and at the beautiful beachside resort Maya Tullum in Mexico I invite you to join me as I lead you through the five senses offering you valuable “Tools for Your Toolbox” to reduce, manage, accept or change the ways you deal with stress.
We will have the workshop first (10-noon) followed by a 30 minute gentle yoga class, guided meditation and aromatherapy relaxation.
Cost: $50 ($45 if paid by May 1st)
Included is a comprehensive handout folder and organic lavender aromatherapy eye pillow.
We need a minimum of 8 students or the workshop will be postponed.
