Deepesh Patel started yoga in his late teens out of curiosity and went on to complete certification and earn his diploma in teaching Yoga in traditional yogic culture from Kaivalyadham, Mumbai-India.
He has been practicing yoga for 15 years. His classes are focuses around Asana (poses) and Pranayama (Breathing techniques) for all levels. The intent is to work towards union of body and mind through relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility. He has taught in India, UK and USA.
