Gentle Yoga

Experience a Gentle yoga practice to discover how gentle stretching, breathing exercises, and meditation lessen the discomfort from arthritis, fibromyalgia, how back pain, and other types of chronic pain conditions. A mindful self-care practice that increases energy levels by focusing on breath to release muscle tension to improve mobility. A practice that integrates breath and self-care: Breath practice to relax mind and body to reconnect with your inner courage and self-care practice to bring awareness of more joy and peace by “living-in-the-moment.”
