Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga for All: – Class begins on the first Tuesday in August (2 August 2022). 
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Gentle Yoga practice to discover how gentle yoga with somatic movement and breath assist with lessening  discomfort from arthritis, fibromyalgia, low back pain, and many other types of chronic pain conditions.   I invite you to experience a self-care yoga practice to reduce discomfort from internal or external stressors that cause muscle tension.   By allowing the release of stressors and muscle tension there is an increased calming effect to the central nervous system.  This calming effect allows for a deeper mind-body connection.
