Course Description: In 2019, would you like to slow down? Breathe? Focus?
Start the year off right with a Shift into Shuniya!

What is Shuniya?
Shuniya is where the mind is still and neutral, non-reactive.  Shuniya is “zero point focus” where we surrender to the moment and observe ourselves. Its characteristics are flowing, intuitive, neutral, soulful,  accepting and allowing without judgment or pushing, opinion or comparison. This is the space of “zero” where our inner space is clear and open to the all, where we have the space to actually experience ourselves.

How to get there?
In this class we will explore exactly that! Using flash writing and discussion, we will look at your goals and visions. With these in mind, we will show you Kundalini Yoga asana and breath practices to help you to create the clearer head-space flow of Shuniya. Using Zero Balancing theory, we will show you further how the body influences the mind-state. These practices require no special talents or abilities! They are easily accessible techniques to clear your mind clutter for goal setting and problem solving. This is an opportunity to learn to purposefully empower yourself with a more positive attitude and thinking habits. Change your mind and change your world! Shift into Shuniya and find your best self at “0”!

Zero Balancing  is  about how to use your body and its inherent circuitry to get that circuitry and your brain to clear so you can attend to your core self and purpose.  Zero Balancing is a form of bodywork to facilitate energy movement through the physical body.  We will  be using the theory and talking about the principals. We will not be teaching any hands on in this class, just exercises.

Techniques practiced: Asana, pranayama, meditation.

Please bring: your mat, your favorite pen, and wear something comfortable.
