Women’s Hatha


Randy teaches this one hour Hatha/Iyengar based practice is focused specifically for the needs of women. We gear this class in a workshop format offing topics such as facial yoga, laughter yoga, strength/core training, (important for gaining bone density), balance postures, and most importantly time to relax and de-stress. At the end of class we have a nice restorative relaxation with an aromatherapy facial massage….what a great way to end the day!
